Painting angels is a special gift that has been developing for me since 1992.  It is an ability that has grown out of meditation and my connection with the angels gets stronger and more powerful with every portrait I do.  It always amazes me how very different each angel painting is and how unique the experience is each time I do this.  Sometimes I see the angel very clearly in my mind’s eye; other times I feel directed as to what colors to use and how to paint it; and then at times it is simply a knowing within myself as to how I should proceed.  After I get deep into meditation, I say a prayer asking that your angel will somehow make its presence known to me.  It has never failed.  Some angels appear only for a brief moment.  Others seem to linger during the whole painting process.  But, they always come with great love, many times bringing a wonderful message as well.  I always type up a letter describing what my experience was, including any message that I may receive, and enclose it with the painting.  Everyone that I have done an angel portrait for has loved their painting, saying it is their favorite color, or just the message that they needed to hear at that moment in their life or somehow perfect for them.  I am always enriched by this experience as well, with a powerful feeling of love staying with me for some time after my painting is finished.  It would be my pleasure to paint your angel for you.
